one sweater, crappy lighting

For a new baby, I decided to make this pattern, pictured below, in crimson alpaca yarn, on size 1 needles. The trip is pink wool on the bottom, and some crazy novelty yarn I had left over from an eary aborted scarf project when I was first learning to knit. Clearly it's made for a girl, which was fun for a change. I'm all about being as girly as one can be - enjoy the capacity to wear the fun fur.
This was my second lace project and my first completed garn studio pattern.
